Sarah Palin AKA Caribou Barbie! She's A Real Tough Chick!
Who knows just how much Tina Fey’s impressions of Sarah Palin have hurt her bid for the vice presidency? What is patently obvious is that is has given Tina Fey more notoriety than she already had! She’s already won 5 Emmys, a Golden Globe, & a SAG award. Her career was already sizzling & 30 Rock is one of the coolest sitcom comedies! She is the full package with her brains, humor, & talent!
There has been some outrage expressed by John McCain’s top economic advisor Carly Fiorina over these skits. Ms. Fiorina claims that they are sexist! I don’t believe that Tina Fey believes that her own sex is inferior to men. Some could argue that the McCain campaign has been sexist by not letting Sarah Palin be herself. Tina Fey has said that if Palin wins she’s leaving the earth! So it’s no wonder that Tina Fey & Sarah Palin barely appeared in one skit together! I was hoping for more interaction between Palin & Fey. I like this interview better than the Palin appearance on SNL because it was too constrained. This is a funny interview from the David Letterman Show that gives you a glimpse of Tina Fey’s personality.
